The following are eligible to apply for FCIC membership -
- Consulting Firms having company or corporate status with headquarters in an Islamic Country may be ordinary members of the Federation.
- Individual Consultants not having company or corporate status may also be admitted as Associate Members with all privileges and responsibilities except that they will not have a right of vote.
- National Associations of Consultants or Statutory bodies dealing with consultancy as recognized by the governments of the countries concerned may also be admitted as Honorary Members. However they shall not vote. The representative shall have all rights and obligations of members.
Procedures
To apply, please fill in the 
FCIC Application Form and send it to the FCIC Secretariat, together with a certificate of registration at the National Association of Consultants or similar bodies at the applicant’s country of origin.
Membership Fees
Grant of Membership of the Federation shall be subject to the approval of the Executive Committee and attending the subscription fees as detailed hereunder -

| 2.4 Firms with No. of employees > 100 and < 500 | US$1000 | |
| 2.5 Firms with No. of employees > 500 and < 1000 | US$1500 | |
| 2.6 Firms with No. of employees > 1000 | US$2000 | |
