- Dr. Tarek Shawaf Educational Scholarship program for deserving students (children of employees) studying in-Kingdom as well as for out-of-Kingdom higher studies.
- SaudConsult has up-gradated computers to higher specifications to acquire the developing software and donating the old systems to the needy employees & families.
- SaudConsult provides medical insurance coverage to employees & their families over and above the medical coverage offered by the Saudi Government (Social Security).
- SaudConsult arranged life insurance to its employees for benefits of respective families.
- SaudConsult provides training to engineering students from the Universities (from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) during the summer vacations.
- SaudConsult enforced a “No-Smoking” work environment since 2007.
