During the Jeddah events, FCIC has honored past presidents by handing them awards: Eng. Slaheddine Bensaid (1986-1990), Eng. Yıldırım Gelgin (1990-1996), Dipl. Ing. Hassan El-Shafie (1996-2002), Dr. Yahya Hamza Koshak (2002-2004), Datuk Hj. Zakaria Bin Hashim (2004-2006).

Also, FCIC has handed an award to Dr. Ahmad Mohammad Ali - President of the Islamic Development Bank.
